Terms of Service
1. The service
RoofRep is a customer-relationship management application for roofing sales teams, published by Botteligence ("we," "us"). These terms govern your use of the RoofRep app and this website (the "Service").
2. Accounts
You access RoofRep through an account provided by your organization. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Your organization controls the data in its account and who may access it.
3. Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes. Do not misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law.
4. Your data
You and your organization retain ownership of the customer and business data you put into RoofRep. Our handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to store and communicate with the contacts you add.
5. Third-party integrations
RoofRep can connect to third-party services you choose (such as Google Gmail, Google Calendar, and QuickBooks). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. You may disconnect an integration at any time.
6. Availability & changes
We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Botteligence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new version number and effective date on this page.
